Hello,

I am living in Denmark and holding a Danish Green Card. I have a job offer from a German company in Germany.
I would like to apply fro Blue Card but my prospective employer has given me max 2 months time to start my work.
Now I would like to ask if there is any kind of visa that I can receive quickly so I can start my work meanwhile I am applying for Blue Card?

there is no alternative ...have you applied for the visa at the German embassy ..Copenhagen?

No Yet I am going to do it tomarrow. but how about visa Category D? I have read several places in this forum that people talking about a 3 month temporary work permit.

visa D is granted only after the foreigners office gives an approval for the residence permit.  

That is the only visa granted for non-EU nationals to enter Germany to recieve residence permit.

U will first visa d to enter and after 1 month you will get blue card. Once you enter Germany you can start working.

I appreciate his help, and thanks for the url. However if you have a look trough the few past posts, at seventh post you will see I have thank him for his help and mentiond that I got what I wanted. but he was very kind and continued the posts, I though maybe for some reasons he wants to expand the discussion. that's why I ask him for requirements.
By the way I called embassy this morning and confirmed the information I received here.
