Hello ,

Iam an MBA holder in human resources with 4 years of experience , here in Germany with my husband. He has taken up a job with a German firm.
We both have a D type visa for one year . My visa is a dependant visa.
We will be recieving our residence permit in the next ten days .
( Nationality - Indian )
Query 
1.Am i elligible to take up employement 
2.Is there a waiting period to get a work permit ( 2 years etc , like some posts suggest)
3.Do i need to pursue a course in German to be elligible 


Similar questions have been addressed before but , im getting very contrasting answers hence have started a new thread , Please help me out urgently with your advice

Gopi >> Ask you husband to apply for the Blue card, then you are by default eligible for employment, there is no waiting perid, no need for german language.

Regarding Blue card, search in trust7 you can get lot of information.
2.Is there a waiting period to get a work permit ( 2 years etc , like some posts suggest)
3.Do i need to pursue a course in German to be elligible
