Dear All,
I am very new to this forum, so my question could be simple one.
But I really did not find the answere here.

Actually I got job in germany and I had applied for "long term visa" and now I got an email from Mumbai consulate that I shall send my passport for stamping.

questions)

1)When & where can I apply for Blue card ? 
  >> Should I have taken care during filing the long term visa application, but there I did not find anything regarding this.

2) Now as in normal case the spouse shall also have A1 certification for dependent visa, there is exception mentioned for Blue card holder.
So what could be done here.

Please help me, as I am really confused what to do.

1. You get blue card when you come to Germany.

2. Spouse exempted German due to blu card.
