Hi all

From a couple of years, we are discussing here how the things are made, who made what and how we can change it.

There where a couple of initiatives to start a "massive" move to ask for something, all failures.

There were also some initiatives to reach the top levels of polititicians, this with a discrete success.

But, from the beginning, I think we missed the point. The laws and regulations are created "on the top of the mountain" but the reality points these same laws are applied on the base of the same mountain, and the route between those two points is quiiiite long.

But, let´s focus on the problem step by step.

All us here are IT specialist. All of us are GC. All of us we live in some Stadt/Dorf.

As a humble idea, why don´t we start a database of ABH and Beamter of Germany? Each GC can help with a couple of addresses in their vicinity. I can get all the E-Addresses of all the ABH Beamter in my Stadt (this is public).

This is the first step. Second step can be just simple write a massive Email/many emails (if we are clever enought to write the name of the Beamter we will not be spammed) with our question, petitions.

In this way, with a little bit of luck we can reach all the statements of the ABH structure with the same message and maybe we can create/resolve some dudes inside the ABH, just a reason to discuss internally.

Can anybody tell me their opinion? Is this quite stupid? Can this help us?

Regards

Hi YO,

it is good that you think about new ways to end this stupid way of handling things, every beamter intreprets the law to his mood.
The emails won't bring anything, that is my opinion, these guys need to be told exactly what and how to do things. Unfortuantly a lot german laws leave a big door open to intrepretation, "ermaessungssache". My suggestion is to go in with big guns, forget about asking nicely. Everybody here gets a half decent salary, so guys don't be cheap and hire a lawyer to do it and save the frustration. The beamter reacts totally different when approached by a lawyer. Save on other things ;-)

Cheers

I do not think so that you can influence them in this way, perhaps you can draw attention and then perhaps something happens. But the instructions must come from "above". And indeed, they do - because you see there is a system involved. The GCs systematically get worse treatment in Hessen, Bayern and BaWü and they get systematically better treatment in otherwise. Or am I wrong ? And the instructions for this are definitely coming from somewhere, and that can be only the "Landesregierung".

I totally agree with JJ again. There is no point of writing emails, which will be ignored.
These beamters should be handled by the german lawyers.
