Hey guys,

So i was in ABH today. Everything was normal. The last time I was there asking for NE, they told me they need proof of 60 months pension. But today I showed the nice lady the concerned law and she was convinced. So I will get it in 2 weeks.

Huh, as we thought, not all of them are aware of the content of the new law. At least at ABH Berlin, they had a Schulung when it was out.

I have 2 months till visum end and I have make my paper today...
Make it 3 months before your visum ends make sence.

You dont have to go thru security check?

As security check needs arround 6-8 weeks minimum..

Yes, I was in ABH on the first week of July and the lady there told me I just need to make the antrag on 1st of September and by the time they will finish up the security checks. I guess it was already on it's way while I made the application. And moreover it's a small town and they don't need so much time. Thats what they told me..:-))

thanks man..As far as I understand, I don't have to worry. The lady was first bit confused over all the different laws. Then she went to her boss and he/she seemed to be well informed. And it's her boss who told her to tell me to come back in 2 weeks. So lets wait and see :-))
