permanent residence (niederlassungelaubnis) spouse visa blue card

Hi,

I have seconded to my Employer's Germany company on March 2011. i have worked in Germany till August 2013 (total 27 months) and paid for German pension scheme. my salary is above the level required for German blue card. even in 2013 it is above 36,200 (minimum salary requirement for IT professional).

I have moved to India after August 2013. Now, i'm in the process of learning B1 level German. i planned to apply for job search visa and move to Germany by Jan 2015 for job search.

when i get a job offer in Germany, my job search visa will be converted to normal Blue card. in that case, may i apply for PR immediatlely as i satisfy the requirements for PR using Blue card track.

one possible implication is i have to apply family re-union visa for my wife and kids. under Blue card scheme, my wife is exempted from german language skills. after i get NE, will this affect this exemption?
