Hi All,

I & my wife have applied for visa together at Mumbai Consulate on 14.02.2014.
Myself for Long Term Work Visa & Wife for Dependent Visa.

I got my Visa Approval on 24.03.2014 from consulate & stamping soon after.
But I didn't travel to Germany till now, will be planning to travel in July.

My wife did not receive any response on her Visa Approval till now. (more than 3months have passed)

So few questions from my side: - 
1. As I have not travelled to Germany, is there any further documentation which needs to be submitted in ABH Germany due to which application is pending?
2. During my wife's application or further I have not recieved any response from consulate regarding Marriage certificate verification. Is it compulsion? Is her application pending due to this?
3. Also my wife has completed masters, so during interview she was not asked for any german language cenrtificate. Is German ABH officer expecting any document for language certification?

Please provide your valuable feedback / opinion on this.

Did you enquire with the consulate about the status?

Yes, I have managed to contact Consulate once.
They said we are waiting for reply from Alien Authority & the applicant has to wait.
Or check with Alien Authority in Germany.

But I am in India, I am not able to enquire with Alien Authotiry on status.
