Hi All,

3 months ago I've been hired by a start up company located in Dusseldorf and was offered relocation.

I went through the immigration process and all relevant preparations, received my work visa within this period of time, resigned from my current job, so did my wife that was supposed to accompany me.
We sold all our goods, cancelled the rental agreement with the land lord, basically managed to make all arrangements which required for relocation.

So a few weeks before arriving to Germany for work my perspective employer, with whom i have signed my contract 3 months prior to my arrival, stated that the company's investors have just cancelled their HR plan and they can not continue with my position.
 
I was wandering if someone could assist me if I'm entitled to file some sort of compensation file against the company and whether its worth the effort at all.
