Hi all,

I've an interesting question.

I'm working with company X (with company bounded visa) as a software developer in germany since 2005. Due to some circumstances, I thought that I could do the same work from India and asked my company regarding this. They are also interested and said ok for me! Though I have this company bounded visa till the end of 2007, I'd like to go to India somewhere between February and April 2007.

It'd be great if you could tell about the german rules, tax, contracts, etc.
