Hi All,
I have read through all the posts on internet and found that I meet the criterion for 'BlueCard'. I have worked in Germany for 6 years and speak OK german too. I have been out of Germany for more than 2 years now. recently, I got a freelancing contract from an IT firm and would like to apply for a BlueCard.
Can someone of you please let me know links from where I can download application form that I need to submit for requesting a 'BlueCard'. Now that I have been out of Germany for more than 2 years, will Auslanbehorde consider my previous stay and work for 'BlueCard' or NeiderlassungsErlaubins?
