i am a computer engineer i got my bacholer degree from damascus university syria, i have a student visa and in the remark field the folowing is written: sprachkurs/studium and ABH: Goslar

My question is should I go first to Goslar ABH to get my resident permit, can I register with different one , also if I get a contract from German company with the required salary by blue card system before completing my study can I change my residence permit as a student and get the blue card
