My situation:
I''m married with 2 kids, and I moved to Germany (Berlin) since last June (2013)
I was classified as Tax category I not III since my family wasn't here, now that they arrived last week, and now I'll change my Tax category to 3,
My question is: is it possible to get a tax refund for the last period when they were not here, and I was paying around 340 Euros more each month ?

Another question: How do I apply to get tax refund for Moving to Germany and for flight tickets, accomodation .... etc

You should go to the Finanzamt to change your tax class for 2014. If you file a tax return for 2013 you can claim your moving expenses and any overpaid income tax.
