I just got my temporary visa for a job contract in Germany. The visa will be valid from December 20th to March 19th 2014 (90 days). So I was planning to move to Germany just after Christmas.

On the remarks section (Anmerkungen) the visa sticker says "BLAUE KARTE EU §19A AUFENTHG I.V.M. §2 (1) NR. 2A BESCHV".

Tragically, the company I have contract with went into internal reorganization (CEO resigned) and said it won't fulfill their part on the contract. The contract is 2 year long with an initial 6 month probation.

For this breach of contract I'm already taking legal action.

Questions: can I seek a different job with this visa alone? If yes, how should I proceed?
