i am affraid of losing my current wp if i change the employer!

i get a new contract to work in NRW now.

if would it be possible to help me answering the below inquiries/questions :

1. as i was unemployed for a period, is no problem to apply for a new wp?
i had a wp tied to one company!

2.can i apply directly in NRW? i am still registered in kvr (Munich)

3.does the officier request papers like heath insurance card or paiement bulletin when changing wp?

4. is there any salary limit for NRW? in Kvr with my previous contract it mentioned 40k? is there any problem if i accept less than that ?

5. would it be safe to go through a lawyer ? do i have to risque any thing?

i would appreciate any answer for the above questions.

You have to apply at the place where you have registered.

As long as it is not a dumping wage below the average, it is allowed.

Lawyer at this point is a waste.
