Is GC work permit valid in EU?

Does anyone knows if the GC work permit from Germany is valid for any other countries in EU? Means, if it is possible to work in any other EU country once you have a GC in Germany?

GC is only Valid in Germany.
You cannot work in EU even if you get NE.

You can, but you can get it converted as already living in the EU but the process is quite long and is like simply getting a new residence.
I dunno if it's the case with all the EU countries but that's the case for France and Belgium.

Not in the EU (there's no such thing) but in particular countries. As mentioned France and Belgium only because I know people who did, with a normal GC wo it shouldn't be hell of a problems in case you have NE but first, as always, you gotta find yourself a job :-)
