hello,

I bought a sitecom LAN ethernet card and want to use it to connect my computer to an integrated modem router zyxel. AOL is my ISP.
it required that the TCP IP set to automatic IP recognize in Windows 2000 for DCHP function.
problem is, my LAN card can't be connected automatically to my router (it assign different IP address from 192.168.xxx.xxx) , so I have to key in the IP address after I did that, LAN card can connect to my router, but it can't connect to AOL -> because of random DNS required to connect to AOL.
can somebody help me here?
Any help before Friday is good, because I have time to return the LAN card to Saturn on Saturday.
