Hi friends,
Something that came up yesterday during my discussions with another GC.
Now that no Offical Green Card system exists, what happens to the minimum salary requirements(€ 39,600 /€ 51000 p.a) for current Green Carders like us?
Does that still exist? or now Salary can be what the employer is willing to pay?

true.
no GC no salary limit.
But employer can not pay you with chewing gums.
Salary must be apropriate.

Hi all,

my salary at present 24,000p.a
is this ok with the arbeitsamt&visa office to issue a workpermit

Iam with my fach praktikum contract now ,
is it possible for my employer to hire me..and he is ready to hire for another 18 months..

if he wants to hire me whats the procedure...

help needed asap as my contract is exp.. soon..

From Jan 2005 there is no salary limit, but law says that employer should pay eqivalent to what they would have to pay to a German.

So there is no fixed figure, try with AB. Internally AB will get confirmation from AA.
