Termination of contract in the trial time - Blue card

Dear All,
I come in a visa of a blue card for working as Wissenschaftler mitarbiter in a university and only for this university. Due to some circumistances, they decided to terminate the contract after 4 months of employment. The trial time is 6 months. But offered me instead of termination, agreement cancellation "Auflösungsvertrag".

- I do not know which option I should take which would allow me to stay and search for another job?
- Many jobs requires excellent Deutsch skills. Can I have a period of time till I enhance my Deutsch?
