Hello,

My fiancee is German national, and we are planning to get married sometime this year in Denmark.
Initially our plan was to live in India, but of late we have decided to live in Germany.

I would appreciate if you could answer my following queries:
1) what is the procedure to apply for spouse visa (I'm planning to apply at New Delhi)?
2) What are the documents that embassy requires when applying for a spouse/dependent visa?
3) Will it be a problem if we are to marry in Denmark and apply for German visa, considering the fact my fiancee is residing and working in Germany?
4)Assuming spouse/dependent visa is granted, will it prohibit me from working in Germany once I have moved there?
