Hello ,
I am Swapnil D.Sonawane from Pune, India.
I have completed my Masters of Pharmacy and currently working in Pharmaceutical Industry as Research Scientist in Formulation Development Department.
I am looking for jobs based in germany with same faculty or related faculteis.

but not awaire of Pharmaceutical Job market and requirments.  I am plnning to apply for PR/Blue card and come to germany for job search. 
So please suggest How I can Succed in my Job search. And scope for me.

Hello Mr. Sonawane,

you cannot apply for Blue card without having a job offer. You can apply for a job seeker's visa whose validity is six months. In these six months you need a find a job which pays you more than approx. 46.400€ per year. When you have a job offer at least as high as this, then you can apply for a blue card.
