Hi !
Could anyone let me know if it is illegal to encash remaining vacations of a year..Normally I take full 30 vacations every year , but this year due to certain circumstances, i can't take most of them.
If my company allows me to work instead of taking vacations, then is it any kind of violation of any law or is it allowed ?
Please let me know at the earliest.
