Hi Guys

Its been long I am posting here, I have been out of Germany since Jan 2006 , living in Sweden now for around 2 years.
I worked and payed my pension in Germany for 61 month on full time job. Now I am paying pension and other stuff in Sweden.
My question is , can I transfer amount I have paid in Germany to Sweden , so that when I am eligible I get pension from one place and it might can effect in amount I get , as for sweden I am just working for 24 month only. If I will combine then I have worked for 7 years in Europe.

Any suggestion and recmmondation on this ?
Has any one been with same situation.
