Hi Friends,

I am working in Munich(Full time), my wife is in India..I want my wife to apply for Spouse visa.

my Query is..

"I started working from last 3 days as full time employee, is there any Visa restriction on my spouse visa that I should have completed certain period of work(probation) in the company in Germany"

or

"Can I apply for spouse visa in India, as I have a job already in Munich"..??

P.S..Any legal documents mentions the answer for my query..??...I kindly request you people to share with me.
