Hello friends,

I am working as a freelancer for more than a year on a project for which I have contract for 3 years.
Now I am getting a better offer (better pay, better work) from another company.
So I would like to terminate the current project contract. But in my project contract nothing is mentioned about termination and notice period.

How does it work then? Does it mean that I cannot terminate the contract and must work until end of contract ? Or is there any general rule for Kündigung in such cases ?
