Hi,

can someone tell me what is format of "Arbeitsbescheinigung"? Example will work ok .

This is urgent because I need to have it today because my boss is only today in office and I have NE interview in two days.

They just have to write "Dracus is employed since xx.xx.xxxx in the XYZ department and is presently in eine Ungeküdigter Vertrag". That's what I had.

Arbeitsbescheinigung - there is a special form where it is written how long have your worked in this particular company, how much they payed you etc. This form is normally needed only in Arbeitsamt, when you apply for Arbeitslosengeld you must have Arbeitsbescheinigung for all your previous companies. The contents of it are prescribed by some paragraph of law "SGB=Sozialgesetzbuch".

Arbeitgeberbescheinigung - this is normally the document which is interesting for ABH where your company writes "he's a very good guy we haven't cancelled his contract (yet :-) ) etc."

In my city, even if you go to the ABH to ask for the weather you need an "Arbeitsbescheinigung". I asked to my boss for at least 6 of them.

He phoned to ABH to ask what must be in this paper and there must have two main things:

1- XXXX is working NOW with us
2- A stupid phrase like "we would like that XXXX can continue working with us"

Silly is´n´t it? You fight with your boss and you´ll out of Germany ;-)

If you download the document from the link and adapt it for your AA, then you have three advantages:

1. All that that AA every wants in the an AB is in there
2. Gradually your boss will get accustomed to the form whenever you ask him to sign it.
3. You will leave a +ve impression on your Boss and the AA

Well, you are quite new to this forum, but I asked if you are in Neuburg because me and others GC in that area we had problems for trivialities in the former times. You understand me if you are from this area.

Thanks God, I´m "Beschäftig" now and (I hope) don´t need the Bescheinigung.
