Dear Ladies and Gentleman

My name is aien, i'm 20 years old and i've born in iran. After highschool i passed the intrance exam for iranian universities ("Sarasari" in persian) and accepted in Information Technology in Tehran.
but i haven't gone in university, because i had to go to Social Services. After 8 months it was done and since then i'm studying Deutsch and now i'm in B2 stufe. 2 years ago when i was studying for intrance exam my parent immigrated in Deutschland and now they are there...

but my question is, how can i apply for a university in Deutschland in field of IT... i don't know how and when i should do that.
