Perhaps you can help me with the german law. I live in Germany since 03.2003. Until 03.2005 I was working here but my employer was a brasilian company . Then I have a job found and since 03.2005 I working here in a regular basis with one unlimited contract. Besides this contract I have one AE for 2 years limited also for this company and funtion. I know that I can renew this AE but I wish to know when I receive one unlimited AE or at least one AE that give me the possibility to work for another company with a new "Arbeitmarktsprüfung". Anyone can give some tips about this?

Well, if you have live more than three years in Germany working or more than 4 years even if you have not worked you have the right of getting a new visa without Arbeitsmarktcheck.

But more important than this is you can get a visa "free of employer name" in your passport, that means you can work for any company without Arbeitsmarktprüfung.

Use the search function of this forum and search for BE (Beschäftigungs erlaubt) and see what you will find.

Thank you for the answer but how many time I need to wait before apply for a Unbefristete Aufenthaltstitel?
I'm not a GC holder and I don't know exactly what are the rules for who took the AE after 1.1.05.
