Hello,
I am planning to buy a flat n Düsseldorf area where my the kauf preis is ca 270,000€. As per my knowledge, the extra costs like registration, tax etc sums up to 19,000€. Also there will be markler cost which is 7000€+. All total it is cy 300,000€.

Are there any other costs which is beared to the owner after he/she buys the flat. I am known to pay ony Hausgeld + electricity bills which is usual. Apart from these any thing else.
