you have not given enough info to guide you....is that girl on a dependent visa? if so...i can say she can study here in germany provided she gets an admission in one of the universities as i one of my classmate (gal)who came here to germany as a dependent(husband phd student) she started her studies....so i think it wud be 100% ok if she really wants to continue her studies...
