Hello
First of all i want to clear my situation.
I am working in Germany from Last June 2012, I have a Blue-Card (Valid Till 2015), Work Contract of current company Valid till 2015.Suddenly my project got closed and my company call me back on 25/02/2013.And in the mean time i searched for a job and i got new job offer from a German Company,
My Question is
1. Can i change my current Work Contract in India?
2. Can i go on the basis of Blue card and New Job Offer/contract and after reaching Germany , i will apply for change in work contract.
3. If i go with second option is their any possibility that my current company take any Legal action against me, (obviously i will not start the work until and unless my Work Contract got change)
Please help me .
