Hi there,

i am a student in DE for the past 6 yrs...Is there any chance for me to apply unbefristet visa..if it is too early, after how many years can i apply for it

Have you been so germanized that you dont want to get into the job market.

You have three options

1. Marry a german girl and get passport in 3 years
2. Find work and wait for 5 years to get ur Unbefristet
3. Find work and apply for Citizenship if you are not in Bayern or BW where student time is not taken into account.
