Hi All,
This worlds requirements are changing every day. Recently my nephew compeleted FSC/ICS, he is interested in BCS(Software). Now he has options of BS(Computer Science),BS(Computer Engineering),BS(Telecom Engineering) and BS(Electronic Engineering). He is now confused, what degree/major he should pursue that he can be successful in future life. Because now a days in my country every one is doing BCS(Computer Science) & universities earning good money by huge fee sums.
In my obinion he should do what is his talent & what he want to be in life. Because at the end what matters is your talent & hardwork. I also think Telecom Engineering will also be good choice for future.
Pls. give your thougts what will be most sought of future in global prospectives & needs.
What will be your advice to new students/aspirants.

Best Reagrds.

I think if he wants a career in developed countries, he should study Electrical engineering (EE). EE has a steady job market, and it will remain so in foreseeable future.
Telecom Engg shoul dbe better, if he wants to stay in his own country and if there is a good job market in the country. In developed countries, telecom will not be a good field to get a job because telecom is not expanding as it did few years back.
pure computer science might not have a good chance to get a job in developed countries so easily.

Thanks MK for your views. Actully last year when i was looking for job I have seen lot of telecom jobs. Anyway I did not searched recently & was not looking for other fields. So no idea which field is in constant demand.

Regards.
