Hello

I am working In Germany since November 2004 as postdoctoral fellow, but was on Stipdendium till March 2010.

Since March 2010 i am on regular contract, and have contributed about 36 months to renteversicherung
I have a B1 certificate and Orientation certificate also.

Would it be possible to apply for citizenship or daueraufenthalt EG, as its been more than 8 years for me working and staying in Germany.

Is it mendatory to take Niderlasungs prior to to apply for German Citizenship.
Does the regulation in different states are different, currently i am living in Badenwuttermburg

I always worked and lived legally in germany, so its more than 8 years now,

looking forward for the opinion and suggestions,
