Hallo

I have a Employer dependent VISA valid until Aug 2010. I have in germany since Sep 2006 and i am eligible for BE , when I enquired for BE in ABH of KONSTANZ , they had no clue and replied back stating come back after 2 yrs for NE and the Beamter also mentioned that I can work only for the current company.

I am in the process of changing the company and move to new location , can I have the new work contract (Unlimited) with the new company and then try to apply for BE in ABH lets say in Munich , Will I be then considered illegal to stay because then the VISA is not eligible or how should i go about it ?

With the experience of so many people , I await for a guidance
