2) minimum required for a couple is 25 sq. m

3) In this forum. some people have mentioned that if spouse name is entered on the passport, they were exempted from verification. It really depends on the case worker. There is a guideline stating certificates from countries such India, and some countries needs verification but does not state on which criteria.
