I am IT professional working for a company 40 hours a week as Angestellter, my wife having interest to to start a small service from HOME of flyer design, webdesign, catalauge design and advertisement placement of her homepage. Here i have some questions.:

1: Is it selbständig or freelancer?
2: Which costs we have to bear like anmeldung etc?
3: Health insurence demand for extra amount?
4: Any payment which we have to pay to any office
5: Is she allowed to start without any degree or any experience
6: Any type of comments please write

Selbständig

2: Which costs we have to bear like anmeldung etc?

Needs only a 'Gewerbeanmeldung' Which costs around 30,- €

3: Health insurence demand for extra amount?

As soon as she has her own income, she drops out of your 'Familienversicherung' and has to pay her own health insurance. She has the choice to make a private insurance or stay in the same as yours and pay extra. You should call your insurance and ask them for details. I am not 100% sure about this.

4: Any payment which we have to pay to any office

No

5: Is she allowed to start without any degree or any experience

Yes

6: Any type of comments please write
