Hallo everyone,

As i regualry follow this forum, i saw may expert views about the greencard.

Can anybody tell me are the people with "BlueCard" eligible for Sozialliestungen. As I read some six months back in some draft version of the bluecard rules that the people with bluecard are not eligible for Sozialeistungen. Any updates in the final version whether it is omitted or included.

"Sozialleistungen" --- i meant not any Hartz IV but some basic like "Kindergeld" which also falls under this categeory.
