you are eligible to get unrestricted work permit (Beschäftigung Erlaubnis) based on your 24 months rente. You can approach to the Auslanderbehörde with your salary slips and rente documents.

Vierl Erflog.

Hello Friends,

First of all thank you for all forum members for this wonderful job.

I have a question that am i eligible for applying BE/EG or not?
I have been in Germany since Feb 2003. I studied here for 44 months (till Oct 2006) and then i started my full time job from Nov 2006 (15 months till now).
I paid rente during my studies around 25 months.

Am i eligible for applying BE/EG or not?

Thank you

Hi Raj,

as my understanding (iam not good in german).

According to 9.1.. two yrs rente needed (here my student time rente is counted ? if yes then iam eligible)

According to 9.2.. 3 yrs stay in Germany (for this rule also iam eligible if they consider student time even half)

Am i right?
so finally iam eligible for BE? if iam wrong pls correct me.

thank you

2. if not please mention which laws do i need to delete. (if possible pls change it and send to srinukasam AT yahoo DOT co DOT in. or upload it)

I am waiting for your valuable suggations.

@Sinu

Why you are making so complex, just go to ABH, speak with them, if they think you are eligible to get BE, they will give you BE otherwise they will tell you when you can apply.
