Hai friends,

I am from india and have completed my masters in germany in Polymer Technology. I habe been seraching for four months in germany but i could not get one.
At last I got a job offer in czech republic and a PhD offer in germany (in a university).
I am unable to decide wchich one is better.
Please anybody can give some advice regarding this matter.

My personal opinion is that the PhD in is always better than job. The salaries in Czech republic are, although the CZ is EU, in average still only at 25% of the German salaries. With PhD I think you will have much better chances in Germany, but even more so in USA.
