i was planning to buy a house/apartment and have some questions which flashed into my mind.Hence seek all of your help here.

a) is this the right time to buy or wait another 6 months for the prices to fall in wake of economic recession.
b) which bank offers a good loan.Any link like presivergleich ?
c)what are the main things to check before i finalise on a property?
d) how much does a real estate prices appreciates in germany.

if you are in USA, UK or spain then your idea may work. But in germany the prices are stable for real estate, so dont see any drop down in prices. If you get a good one go ahead.
