Hello all,
my husband is staying in Germany since last 8 years with Niederlassungserlaubniss. Since now he has a job contract only for 1 month I applied for tourist visa. My tourist visa is rejected based on the reason that i am eligible to apply only spouse (dependent) visa. They have mentioned i should apply for visa again after 90 days. Can I apply visa earlier if my husband get's some Job? Please help.
