HI ,

I have 23 months old son . He will be 2 years in few weeeks . Can I appply for parental leave now ? Normally it is 3 years . How long can I apply ?
Also , During parental leave can i take up a freelancing job with other company .How many hours in a week can I work as freelancer during parental leave ? I am doing this because I am facing problem with my current company in taking up second job simultaneously ?
