Guys.. German companies are again complaining that they dont have enough qualified people. I also see from my own experience that IT job market is slowly recovering in Germany maybe the bad days are gone in IT business. It will never be like the days in 2000 but it might come closer to those days.. what do you guys think ? Here is also the link from the article:

I found interesting articles written by a Computer Science Professor(Norman Matloff) in USA regarding the H-1B visas, IT-offshoring and its impacts in US Market. Germany's greencard program was very similar to H-1B in US and these articles give really an interesting point of view to the subject. Most of them are also applicable to German IT-Market. Articles are worth reading in my opinion, just wanted to share..
