Has anybody come across the situation, where NE is applied and the process of "Bearbeitung für Anfragen" would take time till end of 5 years(end of August, a Termin has been given to get NE) and one would like to avail "Urlaub" within this "Bearbeitungzeit" ?





As some GCs might have applied for NE uptil now, waiting to complete for Arbeitsamtanfrage and Sicherheitanfrage.

How could one make it sure that there gets no problem while returning back to Germany(while, at that moment, one would be having less than 3 day visa) at the Airport and what should one ask ABH to give.

Some collegue told me that ABH may give "DULDUNG", but I dont understand it, as "DULDUNG" is given to those who have no Passport.

Could one help to "NAME" the document, which one should request ABH, while making Urlaub in this period?

An urgent answer will be helpful in this regard.

You can ask for AE Verlängerung.
But if you plan Urlaub much better solution is to ask ABH to make NE before you go to Urlaub. The Beamte is not Unmensch. He will probably give you NE before Urlaub.

And just a tip:
Do not say that you will come 3 days before visa expires.
Say that you plan to get back 3 days after visa expires. Then he will have to give NE (or AE) earlier.

Thanks for your suggestion.

But, if you have a "Termin" before few days before expiration with "Amt", then, it makes no sense to claim such claim.

It depends upon the person and behavior, whom you talk. Leider, I came across a lady, who was tired enough(before Lunch time :-)) not to give more than 1 Bescheinigung(in case of family) and so denied, saying that am not in need of this thing, but just got a slip, with "Termin" details.

As I mentioned in other post, one should have alternative, to face such problems. So, fortunately, got my "Canadian Immigration".

I accept, after getting NE, one would not be bothered and need to visit ABH.

But, I fear, how could one be able to achieve "so called integration" and anti-discrimination things.

Canadian Embassies around the world lie to foreigners, painting this picture that Canada is Utopia, because they want foreigners to come to Canada. Why? Because foreigners bring money! So after being deceived, these foreigners come. They must bring with them at least $10,000. Canada has an immigration quota of 250,000 per year. So please do the math, 250,000 multiplied by $10,000 each equals a whopping 2.5 Billion dollars that Canada gains from immigrants every year.

3. No Culture.
Unlike almost every other country in the world, Canada has no culture. Actually American culture is what dominates Canada. When was the last time you had some ´Canadian´ food? There are no Canadian traditions and there is no national identity. What does it even mean to call yourself a ´Canadian´. . .nothing really. People living in Canada, still identify themselves as to where they ´originally´ came from.

2. Worst Weather.
Yes, Canada has the worst weather conditions of any country in the world. Freezing cold temperatures, snow, ice, hail, winds, storms etc From the Prairie provinces to the Maritimes, from the Territories to southern Ontario, the weather is so horrific and disgusting that many Canadians leave Canada simply because of this reason alone.

1. No Jobs.
Yes, coast to coast, there are no jobs. Immigrants are highly qualified (MD´s, PhD´s, Lawyers, Engineers etc.) but they are driving taxi cabs, delivering pizza´s or working in factories. Even people with bachelors degrees from Canadian Universities cannot find jobs after graduation. This is the tragedy associated with immigration to Canada. I feel sorry for those immigrants who are stuck in Canada for the rest of their lives. It is indeed a very sad and hopeless future

But, you tried to jump to a conclusion. Pl. re-read my post and check, where I used "Canada" as alternative.

And, with this alternative, atleast, till you get DN(Deutche Nationality) within 2-3 years, you still are not loser and still have time to decide.
