Hi,

I have no GC but I live in Germany with another kind of Visa. Now I got a unbefristet Arbeitsvertrag (no time limit) from my new employer. Anybody knows what I need to do to get my a new visa? Will be hard?
I have gone to AB but the ladies gave me a form to be filled by my Arbeitsgeber and then I need to come back to AB.

Please, any information will be helpful.

u have to fill out the form and give it to the visa office,

visa office checks your application whether its upto german rules..

it goes like this

visa office --> arbeitsamt

arbeitsamt checks the authenticity

it takes atleast 6 working weeks..

then arbeitsamt --> visa office

visa office people will inform you by post if everything is ok..

so its kind of patience thing..

keep checking on them once u submit the paper work to visa office..
