I happened to know during a meeting this morning that the Berlin based company I'm in contract with is actually urgently looking for a Buildmaster.

Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Ant in komplexen Build-Umgebungen
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CVS und Subversion
gute Kenntnisse in Java, Java-Frameworks und -bibliotheken
gute Kenntnisse in Test-Frameworks (JUnit, TestNG etc.)
Erfahrungen mit Build-Tools, Continous Integration etc. von Vorteil
gute Kenntnisse im IT - Bereich (Client/Server-Technologien, Architektur, Middleware-Komponenten, Systemintegration, Betriebssysteme, Kommunikation/Netzwerke)
gute Kenntnisse des IDE Eclipse

Erfahrungen

Mindestens 2 - 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Konzeption, Design und Entwicklung von komplexen IT-Architekturen im Internet-Umfeld;
Gutes Verständnis für den Entwicklungs-, Build und Deployment-Prozeß von komplexen Java-Applikationen
