Hi,

I wanted to know if anyone has experience of recruiting a foreign worker in germany (workers from non-eu like India). I would like to know what are the requirements from the point of view of German Law. for e.g.
1) Do i need to advertise in german job agencies/Internet/news papers etc.
2) Is there any kind of a formality to be done from the ABH or Arbeitsamt. I mean some erlaubnis to bring in foreign employees

please note that i am not wanting any VISA related procedures for the prospective employee. These i can get from the VISA lawyers. I am looking from the German law to recruit external jobseekers

Dear Savion,

For requirement like yours T7 offers very specialized VPMK services. I am afraid this is not a free-of-cost service.
