Today I went to Auslanderbehorde and I was able to change my visa.

I followed this post to change my visa.

I use the same letter posted by MK , some people got EG

Now I have a question , on my visa I got this text.

Unselbständige Beschäftigung gestattet gem. § 9 Abs. 1 BeschVerfV. Selbständige Erwerbstätigkeit nicht gestattet. Keine weiteren gültigen amtlichen Eintragungen.

No company name written this time around on my new visa.

The incident took place in Munich Auslanderbehorde.



1)What does this text mean, since my german is very poor and What are my rights now?

2)Is my visa same as EG ?

3) Only one good thing happened now is when I went to Arbeitsamt to register myself for Arebeitlos , they didn’t told me change my visa,

As they told me last time. Since my previous visa had company name on it.

Breif Backgroud about myself : I am in Germany since July 2001 , till now I am working continuously, without any break.

1-) It means you can do every job excluding self-employment.

2-) No. EG includes also self-employment.

3-) Nice to hear that so now you can take the unemployment benefit till the end of its period then..
