Help - Looking for job change
Answer
2/9/05 1:55 PM
Dear Guys,
I'm an Indian IT professional with 6+ years of experience in Car Navigation & Multimedia systems (embedded) and now in Germany with normal workpermit (till Dec 2005). In total, I have 2+ years of direct work experience in Germany. I have basic knowledge of German and I have MS degree in Software Systems.

I am looking for a job change now. Dear friends, can you refer my resume in your company, if there is any such possibility. Are there any consulting companies which can recruit and sponsor workpermit ? Kindly let me know.

Yes, I am already trying through jobsites, but still looking for some help to step up my chances.

My mail ID: elangkumaran@indiatimes.com

Thanks & Regards
Kumaran

when ends your job?
is your visa binded?
have you asked ABH how long can you search for job?
are you angemeldet as arbeitlos to get ALG?
if you are not angemeldet on time you will get less money as ALG!

This as the reply to DvD,

My visa is valid till 31 Dec 2005, But my job ends on June 30 and I am supposed to return to my parent company in India. I'm just trying if I could a job here itself. I think my visa is binding.

Do you think it is bound to your company or is it not? Check the visa and if the name of the company is on, then it a bound one, otherwise, no.

@nobody

Does the name in the visa really matter. I was told by VPMK lawyers that this can be changed.

It can be changed indeed but it's more simple when there's no name on it, don't you think so?

@dvd

Basically my question was for NE

The lady at VPMK told me that NE can be acquired only after 5 years and that too you need to have a job then. She also told me that if you are a green card holder before 1.1.2005 the 60 months renten is not necessary. About the company name in the Residence permit, she said it can be changed.
I did not more questions as i am not 5 yrs completed situation.
