europe rail pass for europeans?

Hi all,
I and my brother with faimly want to visit switzerland-france with rail. I have read that europe rail saver passes are not valid for european. I want to know if any such offer like europe rail switzerland-france pass is also available for europeans?

We want to travel day time with rail and stay night anywhere. So pass should be flexible for 3-4 days.
